North Indian Simple Vegetable Pulao Rice with vegetables - North Indian Simple Vegetable Pulao 1 cup Basmati Rice1 no Carrot1/2 cup Peas1 cup Cauliflower (chopped)1/2 cup Beans (chopped)2 nos Garlic pods1 no Onion3 nos ChilliesCashewnutsRaisins(Onakkamunthiri) 2 nos Cloves (Grambu)1" stick Cinnamon (Karugapatta)Turmeric powder (A pinch)1 no Cardamom (Elakka)2 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) Cook the rice and allow it to cool by mixing little ghee to it. Cut all vegetables lengthwise and cook excluding onion and set aside. Heat oil in a pan.Add cloves, cinnamom, cardamom and turmeric powder. Fry till golden. Add onions, green chillies and garlic and fry till onions becomes translucent. Add all cooked vegetables and fry for a few minutes. Add rice and salt. Garnish with fried cashew nuts, raisins and coriander leaves. North Indian
