For seasoning:

Instructions
Cut tomato and onion into fine pieces.
Grind coconut smoothly by adding water.
Mix together yoghurt, buttermilk, tomato, onions and salt.
Add ground coconut paste to it.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add all the ingredients for seasoning.
Pour over prepared raita.
