Tomato Raita

Raita made with tomato

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Tomato large
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 5 tbsp Grated coconut
  • 3 tbsp Yoghurt/Curd Thayiru
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk Moru
  • Green chillies
  • For seasoning:
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil
  • Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Black gram Uzhunnuparippu
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomato and onion into fine pieces.
  • Grind coconut smoothly by adding water.
  • Mix together yoghurt, buttermilk, tomato, onions and salt.
  • Add ground coconut paste to it.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add all the ingredients for seasoning.
  • Pour over prepared raita.
