For seasoning:

A pinch, Kayam
Instructions
Grind grated coconut, ginger and salt together by adding water.
Mix buttermilk to it.
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and when it splutters, add red chillies and a pinch of asafoetida.
Pour this on the above mixture.
:- It can also be done in the same way by using Mavina Shunthi usually available in Karnataka.
