Instructions
Separate chicken chops from the wing bone. Place the chop on a wooden surface and beat with a spatula or chapati roller until the chop becomes thin.
Place this chop on a tray.
Apply chilly sauce, ginger water, salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
Beat an egg in a bowl and apply this to the chops with a brush.
Apply the bread powder too on the chops.
Heat oil in a wide pan.
Fry them on all sides until it becomes golden brown.
:- Serve with tomato sauce.
