Chicken Chops Chicken chops 2 nos Chicken chops2 tbsp Chilly sauce1 no Lemon juice2 tsp Ginger waterCoriander leaves(chopped)1 no Egg30 gm Bread powder100 gm OilSalt (As reqd) Separate chicken chops from the wing bone. Place the chop on a wooden surface and beat with a spatula or chapati roller until the chop becomes thin. Place this chop on a tray.Apply chilly sauce, ginger water, salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander and marinate for 1/2 an hour. Beat an egg in a bowl and apply this to the chops with a brush. Apply the bread powder too on the chops.Heat oil in a wide pan.Fry them on all sides until it becomes golden brown. :- Serve with tomato sauce. North Indian
