Prawn Til Tikka Fried prawns 250 gm Prawns (big sized)1/2 tsp Chilly powder1 small Coriander leaves20 gm Garlic2 tsp Lemon juice2 tbsp Sesame seeds (Ellu)Salt (as reqd)Oil (for frying) Clean the prawns.(Do not remove the tail portion)In the middle, make a spot horizontally with a knife. Mix salt, lemon juice, garlic paste and stuff it in the middle of the prawns.Mix 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, 1 tbsp of oil, chilly powder, coriander leaves and salt and blend to make a paste. Pat the prawns dry with a paper tissue and apply the above mix on the pieces. Roll the pieces in remaining sesame seeds and fry the pieces in the oil until they get crispy. :- Serve hot with any sauce. North Indian
