Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Tiger prawns
  • 1 lime Lemon juice
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Onion 50gm)(chopped and fried
  • For the masala:
  • 3 nos Red chillies Kollamulaku
  • 4 cm Ginger
  • 3 nos Garlic flakes
  • Cumin seeds A pinch, Jeerakam
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 2 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 4 cm Cinnamom Karugapatta
  • Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Grind all the ingredients for the masala with vinegar to a fine paste.
  • Marinate the tiger prawns with lime juice, salt and the ground masala.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the marinated prawns till done, dry and well browned.
  • :- Serve with onion salad.
