For the masala:

Instructions
Grind all the ingredients for the masala with vinegar to a fine paste.
Marinate the tiger prawns with lime juice, salt and the ground masala.
Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the marinated prawns till done, dry and well browned.
:- Serve with onion salad.
