Vango Sungta Rechard Shallow fried tiger prawns 4 nos Tiger prawns1 lime Lemon juiceSalt (As reqd)1 no Onion (50gm)(chopped and fried)For the masala: 3 nos Red chillies (Kollamulaku)4 cm Ginger3 nos Garlic flakesCumin seeds (A pinch, Jeerakam)Turmeric powder (A pinch)2 nos Cloves (Grambu)4 cm Cinnamom (Karugapatta)Vinegar Grind all the ingredients for the masala with vinegar to a fine paste. Marinate the tiger prawns with lime juice, salt and the ground masala. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the marinated prawns till done, dry and well browned. :- Serve with onion salad. Goa
Very good. One suggestion though wld beto fry the prawns no more than 3-4 mnts on one side as they get tough w overcooking.
