Prawn Garlic Fry Prawn Garlic Fry (Sungata Talsilale) 1 kg Prawns (shelled)3 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Coriander powderTurmeric powder (A pinch)Asafoetida (As reqd)2 nos Garlic pods4 - OilSalt (As reqd) Make a paste of chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt. Marinate the prawns with this paste for an hour. Peel the garlic and crush them gently.Fry the crushed garlic in a kadai in oil till brown. Add the marinate and fry for some time. Cover the kadai with a lid and lower the flame. :- there is no need to add water since the prawns give out water. Allow it to cook while stirring frequently.When it becomes dry, remove from the flame. North Indian
