For making the white sauce:
1)Heat butter in a vessel.
Add corn flour to it and fry for a while.
Add one cup of milk to it. When it becomes thick, add some more milk.
Add all the milk and when it attains sauce consistency, remove from the flame.
For the macaroni:
1)Boil water and add macaroni to it.
Add a tea spoon of oil to it so that it does not stick with one another.
Add required salt and boil until soft.
Drain and keep the boiled macaroni aside.
For the gravy:
1)Heat a tsp of oil in a pan.
Add onions into it followed by ginger garlic paste.
When golden brown, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala, green chillies and fry well.
When done, add the curry leaves and mint leaves.
When gravy is ready, spread it evenly in a serving dish and place chicken pieces profusely on it.
Place the boiled macaroni on top of it.
Pour the white sauce on it until all ingredients are covered entirely.
Decorate it with grated cheese, grated carrot and coriander leaves.
:- The same dish could be done with other non vegetarian items or even boiled vegetables.
