Macaroni Chicken Chicken topped with gravy, macaroni and white sauce For the gravy:1 cup Boneless boiled chicken pieces (shredded)1 cup Macaroni2 nos Onions4 nos Tomatoes1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste¼ tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Curry leaves2 tsp Coriander leaves2 tsp Mint leaves½ tsp Garam Masala3 nos Green chillies2 tsp OilSalt (As reqd)For garnishing: Grated Carrot Grated Cheese For White Sauce: 1 tsp Butter2 tbsp Corn flourMilk (As reqd) For making the white sauce: 1)Heat butter in a vessel.Add corn flour to it and fry for a while.Add one cup of milk to it. When it becomes thick, add some more milk.Add all the milk and when it attains sauce consistency, remove from the flame.For the macaroni: 1)Boil water and add macaroni to it.Add a tea spoon of oil to it so that it does not stick with one another.Add required salt and boil until soft.Drain and keep the boiled macaroni aside.For the gravy: 1)Heat a tsp of oil in a pan.Add onions into it followed by ginger garlic paste.When golden brown, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala, green chillies and fry well.When done, add the curry leaves and mint leaves.When gravy is ready, spread it evenly in a serving dish and place chicken pieces profusely on it.Place the boiled macaroni on top of it.Pour the white sauce on it until all ingredients are covered entirely.Decorate it with grated cheese, grated carrot and coriander leaves.:- The same dish could be done with other non vegetarian items or even boiled vegetables.
