Heat oil in a pan.
Add the chopped onions and sautT till it turns golden brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste followed by the chopped tomatoes.
Fry well.
Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and green chillies.
When the gravy becomes smooth, add water.
When it starts to boil, slip in eggs one by one.
When the eggs are half cooked in the gravy, remove from the fire.
:- Serve hot with roti, paratha, dosa or idlis.
