Cut onions, carrots, capsicum and tomatoes into thin and long strips.
Cut pineapple into 1/4" strips.
Boil carrots lightly.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Put ginger, chilly powder and onions and fry them for some time.
Add water, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, aji-no-moto, salt and all the vegetables.
When they start boiling, simmer for some time.
Make a paste of cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add this to the above mixture.
When it becomes thick, turn off the gas.
:-Serve hot with Chowmein or Hakka Noodles.
