Sweet And Sour Vegetable Mouthwatering sweet & sour vegetable curry 250 gm Paneer2 nos Onion (big)2 nos Tomato ( big)2 nos Carrots2 nos Capsicum2 pieces Pineapple (canned slices)1/4 tsp Ginger PasteChilly Powder / Paste (As reqd)1½ cups Water4 tbsp Vinegar1/4 tsp Sugar4 tbsp Tomato sauce1 tsp Ajinomoto6 tsp Soya sauce3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce2 tbsp Corn flour2 tbsp Oil3 tsp Salt Cut onions, carrots, capsicum and tomatoes into thin and long strips.Cut pineapple into 1/4" strips.Boil carrots lightly.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Put ginger, chilly powder and onions and fry them for some time.Add water, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, aji-no-moto, salt and all the vegetables.When they start boiling, simmer for some time.Make a paste of cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add this to the above mixture.When it becomes thick, turn off the gas.:-Serve hot with Chowmein or Hakka Noodles.
