Instructions
Soak rice and black gram for a few hours.
Wash and grind to a coarse batter adding enough water.
Keep it overnight for fermentation. 4)Heat oil in a pan.
Add the rest of the ingredients and sautT.
Add it to the batter along with the salt.
:- Make sure that the batter is thick.
Steam in Idli moulds or greased plate for 10 - 20 mins. :-Serve hot with tomato chutney or Sambhar.
