Gobi Paneer Paratha

Ingredients
  

For preparing gobi paneer:

  • 250 g Paneer grated/mashed
  • 1 cup Grated cauliflower
  • 2 nos Onions finely chopped, medium
  • 2 nos Tomatoes chopped, medium
  • 1/2 cup Spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 nos Green pepper ground
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Chappathi dough : As reqd

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, heat oil.
  • Saute onions, tomatoes, salt and other spices.
  • Add spring onions, cauliflower and paneer and mix well.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • After 10-12 mins, remove the vessel from the fire.
  • Roll out the chappathy dough into small rounds and make a small well in the centre. Fill with paneer gobi and roll out into a round thick paratha.
  • Cook in a tawa on both sides and serve hot.
