For preparing gobi paneer:

g
Paneer
grated/mashed

cup
Grated cauliflower

Onions
finely chopped, medium

Tomatoes
chopped, medium

Spring onions
finely chopped

Cumin seeds
Jeerakam

Turmeric powder

Chappathi dough : As reqd
Instructions
In a pan, heat oil.
Saute onions, tomatoes, salt and other spices.
Add spring onions, cauliflower and paneer and mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame.
Stir occasionally.
After 10-12 mins, remove the vessel from the fire.
Roll out the chappathy dough into small rounds and make a small well in the centre. Fill with paneer gobi and roll out into a round thick paratha.
Cook in a tawa on both sides and serve hot.
