Cook the channa dhal in required water by adding a pinch of salt.
Cut the ripe plantain into small pieces.
Grind the soaked ragi by adding required water and strain out the milk using a sieve. Add jaggery and 1/2 tsp salt into it. Mix well and bring it to boil.
Then add cooked channa dhal and chopped plantain.
Finally pour the coconut milk and combine everything. Do not stop stirring. Bring it to boil, When it is well boiled, turn off the flame.
Pour the the ragi pudding into a pudding tray and let it cool. Healthy and easy ragi pudding is ready now.
