I remember my grandmother advocating ragi based dishes for a healthy body. That’s true, she had a long healthy life. Ragi based dishes was quite common in my childhood. There was quite a good variety of dishes but one thing I admit, Ragi Pudding is the tastiest of all ragi based dishes that I am aware of. Coconut milk combined with jaggery gives a dessert touch to the dish. One thing I assure you, ragi and banana make a terrific combination and your toddler will lap it off completely in one shot.
