For preparing Butterscotch Praline, first take a thick bottomed pan. Add sugar and water and caramelize the sugar at low flame. Wait until golden brown. Then pour it over the cashew nuts that are spread it in a butter paper.
The next step is to prepare the Butterscotch Sauce. For that, caramelize the sugar by adding 1-2 tbsp water and heat in low flame till golden brown in colour. Then add butter and whipping cream and mix continuously for 2 minutes in low flame.
Sauce is ready, let it cool
Dip the bread slices in Butterscotch sauce and arrange in a pudding tray.
Beat the whipping cream by adding 1/2 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Pour it over the first layer of bread. Meanwhile, take the caramel cashew and crush it. Garnish the pudding with that. Yummy delicious Butterscotch Pudding is ready.
