Instructions
Marinate cleaned prawns with red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required. Rest it for 15 minutes. Then heat oil in a pan and fry it.
When one side gets cooked, turn to the other side.
At this time add grated coconut and curry leaves.
Fry until the grated coconut gets nice golden color and the prawns are cooked.
Now serve.
