Unniyappam Cake | 10 Min Soft Sponge Vanilla Cake In Appe Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos. Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower oil
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender and add sugar, eggs and vanilla essence. Blend it for 1 minute.
  • Take a bowl and add maida, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Sift and mix it very well. Pour egg mixture and sunflower oil.
  • Mix it well with a spoon.
  • Brush some oil on Appe Pan, pour 1.5 tsp batter in each. Cover and cook in low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for few seconds and remove it.
  • Soft and spongy vanilla cake is ready.
