Ingredients
  

  • 1 no. Robusta
  • 4 nos. Dates remove seeds
  • 200 ml Milk Frozen
  • 7 nos. Soaked Almonds 
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender and add sugar and almonds.
  • Then add dates and robusta banana.
  • Finally add crushed frozen milk and blend it very well.
  • Garnish with some rice flakes and serve.
