You can grind dates

Jaggery
Melt it in 2-3 tbsp water and strain it.
Pinch
Salt

tsp
Cardamom powder
Oil for frying

Instructions
Take a wide bowl and add rice flour into it.
Pour dates syrup and melted jaggery.
Mix well. The consistency should be loose than idli batter. Add more water if you want to get the exact consistency level.
Add salt, cardamom powder, ghee and grated coconut. Mix it and check the taste. Keep the batter for 4 hours.
Take out the batter and pour 1 small ladle of batter into medium hot oil and fry till golden brown in color. Fry it in medium flame.
Enjoy Dates Neyyappam.
