Dates Neyyappam | Healthy Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Rice flour Pachari podi
  • 1/4 Cup Dates syrup You can grind dates
  • 1/4 Cup Jaggery Melt it in 2-3 tbsp water and strain it.
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Grated

Instructions
 

  • Take a wide bowl and add rice flour into it.
  • Pour dates syrup and melted jaggery.
  • Mix well. The consistency should be loose than idli batter. Add more water if you want to get the exact consistency level.
  • Add salt, cardamom powder, ghee and grated coconut. Mix it and check the taste. Keep the batter for 4 hours.
  • Take out the batter and pour 1 small ladle of batter into medium hot oil and fry till golden brown in color. Fry it in medium flame.
  • Enjoy Dates Neyyappam.
