  • Wash and soak the rice for 4 to 6 hours. Then drain and add it to a mixer grinder.

  • Add sugar,a pinch of salt and water as required.Grind the rice coarsely .

  • Convert it to a bowl and add all-purpose flour,and make a smooth batter

  • Add black cumin seed and keep the batter for 6-8 hours for fermentation.The batter should be a smooth flowing consistency. Not too thick or thin.
