Take a mixer grinder and add cleaned ginger, garlic and 3 green chillies.
Crush it roughly.
Heat oil in a wide pan and add the crushed ginger, garlic, green chilly mixture. Saute for 30 seconds.
Then add sliced onion and remaining one green chilly. Saute until it becomes golden brown in colour
Now add chopped tomato and saute till the tomato becomes soft.
Add the masala powders and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add cleaned chicken.
Combine well and add 1 cup of hot water.
Cook till the chicken is well cooked and the water absorbs. Finally add curry leaves, coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
Easy chicken roast is ready now. Serve along with porotta, chappathi etc.
