Easy Chicken Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 3 Nos. Onion Large
  • 3 Nos. Tomato Medium
  • 4 Nos. Green chillies
  • 1 Tbsp Chicken masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • Few Curry leaves
  • A small piece Ginger
  • 6 nos. Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • Salt as required
  • Few Coriander leaves Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixer grinder and add cleaned ginger, garlic and 3 green chillies.
  • Crush it roughly.
  • Heat oil in a wide pan and add the crushed ginger, garlic, green chilly mixture. Saute for 30 seconds.
  • Then add sliced onion and remaining one green chilly. Saute until it becomes golden brown in colour
  • Now add chopped tomato and saute till the tomato becomes soft.
  • Add the masala powders and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add cleaned chicken.
  • Combine well and add 1 cup of hot water.
  • Cook till the chicken is well cooked and the water absorbs. Finally add curry leaves, coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
  • Easy chicken roast is ready now. Serve along with porotta, chappathi etc.
