Pichi Potta Kozhi | Shredded Chicken Fry with Video
Pichi Potta Kozhi is a simple recipe from the state of Tamilnadu. This is an easy and quick dish prepared with readily available ingredients. The dish is quite popular in hotels and restaurants and they use a big tawa for roasting the dish. We can prepare Pichi Potta Kozhi with both country chicken and poultry chicken. Now add shredded Chicken and mix well with onions.
Now you can add one spoon of chicken gravy ( it's optional). If you add little gravy it tastes better.
Now mix well and leave for roasting preferably in a wide pan so the chicken pieces will roast well. Roast in low flame until it roasts well. Keep on roasting until a flavorful aroma comes out.
