Crush ginger, garlic and green chilly together.
In a pressure cooker, heat some oil and add crushed ginger, garlic and green chilly mixture. Saute for few seconds.
Then add sliced onion and saute till soft.
Add chopped tomato and saute for 4-5 minutes.
Add all masala powders: turmeric, coriander and garam masala. Saute well and add salt as required.
Add washed and cleaned beef into it.
Add some coriander leaves. Combine well and pressure cook the dish for 7-8 whistles or until done.
Meanwhile wash and drain the rice.
Now add water(2 1/2 cup) into the cooker, ghee and bring to a boil. Check salt and add more if needed.
Once the water is boiling add the rice and pressure cook for one whistle.
Delicious Erachi Choru is ready now.
