- Crush ginger, garlic and green chilly together. 
- In a pressure cooker, heat some oil and add crushed ginger, garlic and green chilly mixture. Saute for few seconds. 
- Then add sliced onion and saute till soft. 
- Add chopped tomato and saute for 4-5 minutes. 
- Add all masala powders: turmeric, coriander and garam masala. Saute well and add salt as required. 
- Add washed and cleaned beef into it. 
- Add some coriander leaves. Combine well and pressure cook the dish for 7-8 whistles or until done. 
- Meanwhile wash and drain the rice. 
- Now add water(2 1/2 cup) into the cooker, ghee and bring to a boil. Check salt and add more if needed. 
- Once the water is boiling add the rice and pressure cook for one whistle. 
- Delicious Erachi Choru is ready now.
