- 1 ½ Cup Grated coconut
- 1 No. Onion Chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp Chilly powder
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 3 Nos. Dry red chillies
- Few Curry leaves
- As reqd Salt
Take grated coconut and chopped onion together in a bowl.
Add chilly powder and salt as required.
Mix well with your hand so it is partially crushed.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Then add curry leaves and dried red chillies.
Add prepared onion coconut mix.
Stir and combine well. Saute for 2 minutes and remove from the flame.
Once done, transfer the Coconut Chutney(Thenga Ulli Chammanthi) into a serving bowl and serve.
