Palaada | Rice Crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Raw rice
  • 1 No. Egg
  • Salt as required
  • 1 Cup Thick coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak rice for 4- 6 hours. Now drain them.
  • Add it to a blender and make a fine puree.
  • Add coconut milk and salt as required. Grind it.
  • Now add 1 egg into the jar and blend it slightly.
  • Pour it into a bowl, if the batter is thick add enough coconut milk or water to make a very thin batter. The batter should be very watery.
  • Now heat a nonstick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter in it and swirl the pan so it coats on all side of the pan. This takes only seconds to cook. Once it looks like it has cooked, you can fold it into triangles and place into hot case.
  • Serve with any veg or non veg curries.
