1 cup Allpurpose flour Maida
2 nos Eggs
1 cup Grated Coconut
Sugar As reqd
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing the delicious and nutritious snack, first beat the eggs nicely.
Add the maida flour to it and mix it with required water to get a watery consistency.
Add salt to taste.
Pour this mix on a dosa tawa into crepes on a medium flame.
Cook on both sides.
Mix the grated coconut with sugar.
