Caramel Wheat Dosa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Wheat flour
  • ½ Cup Grated coconut
  • Salt as read
  • Sugar as reqd
  • Ghee as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour.
  • Mix wheat flour and grated coconut.
  • Add water and a pinch of salt to the wheat flour and mix it to make a batter of dosa batter consistency.
  • Heat a tawa and make thin dosas/crepes.
  • Sprinkle some sugar immediately on top of the dosa.
  • Smear a little ghee/oil. 
  • Cook on both sides. When both sides are done, transfer from the tawa to a plate.
  • Tasty Caramel Dosa is ready now. Serve hot.
