1 Cup Wheat flour ½ Cup Grated coconut Salt as read Sugar as reqd Ghee as reqd
Take a bowl and add wheat flour.
Mix wheat flour and grated coconut.
Add water and a pinch of salt to the wheat flour and mix it to make a batter of dosa batter consistency.
Heat a tawa and make thin dosas/crepes.
Sprinkle some sugar immediately on top of the dosa.
Smear a little ghee/oil.
Cook on both sides. When both sides are done, transfer from the tawa to a plate.
Tasty Caramel Dosa is ready now. Serve hot.
