  • 1& 1/2 Cup Cold water

For the final coating

  • 2 Cup Maida / all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • As required Salt
  • For frying Oil

Instructions

  • At first we have to prepare butter milk, for that mix 1 tbsp vinegar with milk and rest it for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes add red chilli powder, pepper powder, baking soda, vinegar, garlic paste and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken pieces into it and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, take a bowl and add the ingredients for preparing batter: maida, egg, garlic paste, cold water and salt. Along with this, add corn flour. It will create the crispy and crunchy texture of chicken. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, add the ingredients for preparing final coating: all-purpose flour (maida), red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in the batter first. Then coat with flour.
  • Now deep fry the chicken in hot oil. Initially place chicken in hot temperature. Don't stir or move. First, it needs to get a hard texture. Fry at least 5 to 6 minutes on both sides. As you feel the chicken is getting hard, turn the temperature to medium. In this way, the chicken will be crispy and crunchy from outside and juicy from inside. Fry chicken from sides. Take it out on kitchen paper to serve.
  • Spicy Homemade chicken broast is ready now.
