Instructions
Remove water from the cherupayar and grind it with green chilli, ginger and salt. Make a batter of these Ingredients along with rice flour and keep this batter aside for some time.
Heat Tawa/Dosa making stone and apply some oil with a brush on the Tawa/Dosa making Stone. Spread the batter with a medium sized ladle on the Tawa/Stone.
Spread the batter in round shapes as we spread for dosa and apply about one tsp oil/ghee again on top of the spread Batter and allow to dry/cook it properly. Continue this procedure for making more Pesarattu.
Spicy Pesarattu is ready. This Pesarattu can be served with Coconut/Onion Chutney or Pickle or Sambar.
