For Manchurian Gravy

Instructions
To make Manchurian Balls
Mix all ingredients mentioned above except oil for making Manchurian Balls.
Knead the Ingredients slowly into a dough without giving much pressure as that will increase/release water from the vegetables.
Make small lemon sized balls from the above dough.
Heat Oil in a Cheenachatti and fry the balls till the colour of Manchurian Balls turn into brown/golden.
Keep the fried balls aside
For preparing Gravy:
Add the Manchurian powder in about 450 Ml. water and mix it without forming lumps.
Heat some Oil in a Cheenachatti/Kadai and add Onion, Capsicum and Spring Onion pieces into this hot Oil and stir it well.
When the colour of these vegetables turn light golden, add the prepared mixture of Manchurian Powder into the Cheenachatti/Kadai.
Boil the gravy for about 3 - 5 minutes till it turns thick in consistancy.
Now add the prepared Manchurian Balls into this gravy, stir it well and then turn off the stove.
Garnish the Manchurian with some Spring Onions and serve it hot with Chappathi/Parotta/Fried Rice.
