Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms Mutton bone
  • 1/4 cup Shallots
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • few Coriander leaves
  • 4 Garlic 4
  • 4 Red chili
  • 1 tsp Coriander seed
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Asafeotida

Instructions
 

  • In pressure pan, add mutton bone and salt and turmeric with 2 glass of water and cook for half an hour.
  • In a fry pan, add Red chili, coriander seed 1 tsp, Jeera 1 tsp, Pepper 1 tsp Fenugreek 1/4 tsp raosted and allow to cool and grind coarse powder.
  • In the same pan add oil and temper mustard
  • Now add chopped shallots and saute well
  • Now add tomato and curry leaves, asafoetida
  • Now add cooked mutton bone with water boil well
  • Now add grounded powder and mix well bring to boil in low flame
  • Now add coriander leaves and turn off
  • Now it's ready to serve Mutton Rasam.
