Instructions
Cook corn with a little salt and strain water
Allow to cool and Grind in mixer
Now Take idly batter and mix this grind mixer of corn
In a pan add 1 tsp oil and temper mustard seed and channa dal
Now add onion and saute well add a little salt for onions
Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix this mixer into batter
Now heat Panniyaram pan with oil and pour in each and cover and cook for five minutes
Now turn other side and cook for 5 minutes
Now it's ready to serve Corn Panniayaram
