For preparing the dish, first clean chicken and cut into small pieces.
Marinate chicken pieces with a mixture of salt, lemon juice, corn flour, garam masala, red chilly powder and turmeric powder. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces to a brown colour. Once the chicken is done remove from oil and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
Then add green chillies and curry leaves, saute for few seconds.
Finally add fried chicken and mix well. Remove it from flame.
