- Chicken - 500 g
- Chilly powder - 2 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Corn flour - 2 Tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 Tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 Tsp
- Green chilly - 7 No.
- Chopped ginger - 1 Tbp
- Chopped garlic - 1 Tbsp
- Salt(As required) -
- Oil(For frying) -
- Curry leaves(In a good amount for garnishing) -

- For preparing the dish, first clean chicken and cut into small pieces.
- Marinate chicken pieces with a mixture of salt, lemon juice, corn flour, garam masala, red chilly powder and turmeric powder. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Then add green chillies and curry leaves, saute for few seconds.
- Finally add fried chicken and mix well. Remove it from flame.
- Serve Malabar Chicken Fry hot.
