Lady's Finger Fry

an easy and spicy lady's finger fry

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Lady's finger
  • 2 nos Onion large
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Masala 65
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Salt As reqd
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stem, wash and dry the lady's fingers with a cloth. Cut into 1 inch as shown in the below figure.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds. Saute curry leaves.
  • Add chopped onion and saute till it turns light golden colour.
  • Add the chopped lady's finger.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and 65 masala powder.
  • Add lime juice and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  • Stir again. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the contents to a bowl and serve.
