or use vinegar

Instructions
Marinate the chicken pieces with a mixture of soya sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice, pepper and required salt.
Keep the marinated chicken pieces in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Put oil in a frying pan and when its hot put the chicken pieces and fry in low fire until brown. Serve hot.
