Beef Chukka

Beef chukka is a delicious dish with beef which is best served with ghee rice, chappathi etc.. It is one of the tasty beef preparations with some spices. Beef chukka has three stages, first we cook the beef then fry it in oil and lastly prepare the chukka with stir fried onion, tomato, green chilly, crushed ginger garlic and lots of curry leaves. Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Beef
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 7 nos Green chilly sliced
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves few
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious and awesome dish, first clean and wash the beef nicely.
  • Marinate beef with red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt for half an hour.
  • Transfer into a pressure cooker. Cook till 5-6 whistles come or until the beef is cooked well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry beef well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute crushed ginger garlic and curry leaves for few seconds and remove into a plate.
  • Add onion with salt and saute until light brown in colour.
  • Add tomato, green chilly and sauteed ginger garlic curry leaves. Saute it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add fried beef, lemon juice, garam masala and mix well. Remove it from the flame.
  • Tasty and delicious beef chukka is ready. This is a very tasty beef dish and it goes well with almost anything. You can easily prepare the dish at home. Enjoy the beef dish. Chart it out in your menu plan and when guests arrive you can treat them.
