Cook chicken with 1 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt as required. Shred the chicken when it is completely cooled.
Take all the ingredients for filling.
Heat oil and saute onion until golden brown in colour.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly, salt and saute again for few minutes.
Add all the masalas and shredded chicken. Combine well and cook for 4-5 minutes and remove from the flame.
In a bowl mix maida, egg, salt and water as required. Make it into a free flowing batter.
Heat a dosa tawa and pour some batter and spread into a thin pancake. Once it is cooked, remove to a plate. Place each pancake on a work surface and put the filling inside.
Dip each roll in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry it in hot oil.
Serve with tomato ketchup!
