Potato Egg Roll

Potato egg roll is a crispy potato rolls stuffed with steamed egg.My inspiration for this recipe is came from bonda recipe.You will need only 2 cup mashed potatos,the other steps are very easy.You can serve it as an evening snack along with tomato ke

Ingredients
  

  • 250 Potato
  • 2 large onion
  • 3 Green chilly
  • 3 egg hard boiled)+
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • garam masala pinch
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • coriander leaves few
  • curry leaves few
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the potato with a pinch of salt and mash it
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until golden brown in colour.Then add ginger garlic paste ,green chilly and saute again for two minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder,Garam masala,salt,coriander leaves,curry leaves and mashed potatos.mix well and remove from the flame.
  • Take a small portion of potato mixture and flatten it with your hand,place a piece of egg and roll it nicely with your hand.
  • Whisk two eggs in a bowl and dip the potato roll in it and followed by bread crumbs.Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown in color.
