- Egg(hard boiled)+) - 3
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala(pinch) -
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Oil(for frying) -

- Add turmeric powder,Garam masala,salt,coriander leaves,curry leaves and mashed potatos.mix well and remove from the flame.
- Whisk two eggs in a bowl and dip the potato roll in it and followed by bread crumbs.Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown in color.
