Raab -sweet Porridge.

This traditional Gujarathi Raab recipe is a healthy and nutritious porridge or kanji made using whole wheat flours. This can be done in various variations like with millet flour instead of wheat flour. Raab is actually a baby food and a immunity builder. It hardly takes few minutes to prepare this raab.

Ingredients
  

  • wheat flour 4 tbsp
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • milk 2 cups
  • sugar 3 sp
  • cardamom powder 1/2 sp

Instructions
 

  • heat ghee and fry wheat flour
  • as the raw smell goes add milk to it
  • now add sugar and cardamom powder to this.
  • allow the porridge to boil finely and get thickens.
  • serve hot or cold.
