Home Made Felafel

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup White Chickpeas
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 4 pods Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 3-4 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp Parsley leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Soak the chickpeas over night ,drain it and cook it until done.
  • Mash the cooked chickpeas. Add all the other ingredients and mix well in a bowl.
  • Form into small sized balls or patties.
  • Heat oil in a pan,deep fry each balls and turn over the other side until brown colour.
  • Tasty Felafel.is ready. Serve hot with pita bread or as a snack with some sauce.
