Ingredients
- White chickpeas - 1 cup
- Onion( finely chopped) - 1 small
- garlic( finely chopped) - 4 pods
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- All purpose flour - 3-4 tbsp
- Parsley Leaves - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Soak the chickpeas over night ,drain it and cook it until done.
- Mash the cooked chickpeas. Add all the other ingredients and mix well in a bowl.
- Form into small sized balls or patties.
- Heat oil in a pan,deep fry each balls and turn over the other side until brown colour.
- Tasty Felafel.is ready. Serve hot with pita bread or as a snack with some sauce.
