This is very tasty and quick recipe too. we can do any time as meal which we have parotta. this has a simple procedure to do. this paneer kothu parotta is fulfilled dish for the hungry when we required to do. this is done with few ingredients only.

ginger garlic paste

red chili powder

coriander powder

garam masala

as per taste

turmeric powder

Oil
Instructions
crumble the parotta and keep aside
in pan add oil and saute paneer for few mins
Now remove paneer and add oil and saute onion and curry leaves
Now add tomato and saute well
Now add all powders and saute well and saute ginger garlic paste
Now add little water and bring to boil and add parotta and mix well
Now when it dry add paneer and mix gently and turn off the flame
Now its ready to serve Paneer kothu Parotta
