Chicken Pola/Chicken Cake/Irachi Pola
Chicken cake is a spicy super moist cake with chicken.it is a best tea time snack with handy ingredients.I made this cake with some left over chicken.Try this spicy chicken cake at home and enjoy with a nice cup of tea.

250 g Chicken 2 Onion 6 Egg 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 3/4 tsp Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder Garam masala pinch Oil as required Salt to taste
Marinate the chicken pieces in 1 tsp red chilly powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt as required.deep fry it in oil and mince it.
Heat oil in a pan and saute onion with salt until soft and golden brown in color.add ginger garlic green chilly paste and saute again for 2 minutes.
Add minced chicken,turmeric powder,chilly powdet,garam masala and saute again for two minutes.turn off the flame and keep aside.
Whisk egg with a pinch of salt.
Add the prepared chicken mix.
Combine well with a spoon.
Heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture into it.cover the top and cook for 10-15 minutes or until done in low flame
Chicken cake is ready to serve.
